Project Description: Describe the property, project or investment and its marketability. List important facts, history, experience, contingencies, projections, investment return and use of funds. Please include a general summary of initial costs and time frame of development to completion.
 
Project Status: List historical progress of any previous attempts to fund project or receive investment. Are you currently working with others? What is the status of project? Have you had any problems, cancellations, credit problems, losses or delays in this matter?
 
Financial Status: Provide information on credit history, collateral, guarantees, secondary financing, collateral enhancements, other securities that can be utilized such as stocks, bonds, letters of credit, bank guarantees, cash holdings, real estate and include an overview of the financial statements of the principals who will be securing the investment.
 
Funding Requirements: Include pro forma on exact financial requirements of project. How much is requested, at what interest rate, loan type, participation, joint venture, equity participation etc. When is funding needed? How will the funds be paid back? What are your commitments if any such as broker fees, entitlements, patents pending and or other soft costs etc.

Adding a Project to FirstBroker
Adding a project to the FirstBroker System requires you to sign up with us. You can either sign up during your project entry or you can sign up then enter a project. Either way is fine. You can either enter a project by clicking the button below or clicking the link in the menu labled Enter a Project.
